  You just double click on Sims.pack and install :)

  You need winRAR to open packaged file,
  once u opened it, do what I wrote above

  it's easy to install them to sims2.....just click on the person u downloaded & extract the file the click on the folder & once u enteed it u will see a sim body...them double click & install....there u have ur grell,naruto,kira,l' ect.....enjoy & thank u!!!hehe..X))

  @Domiko You will need APARTMENT LIFE for Light's outfit. If you don't want to, install clean pack installer from Mod the Sims.
  
  @Haku I don't play TS3 anymore , only TS4
